My first EP as Nasty Nachos, The Getaway is officially live!

The Getaway is a collection of 6 songs that were mostly written while on vacation or away from home in one way or another. I took my laptop with me on a trip to Norway and wrote the instrumentals for most of the tracks.

I then brought the files home with me and continued to re-track the synths and drums with my collection of vintage and modular synthesizers here in Denver, Colorado. I also recorded the vocals at home.

The final touches were put on at a synthesizer focused studio in Los Angeles called Rosen Sound. Overall there are probably around 25+ synths on the record. My perfect idea of a vacation.

The EP is meant as an escapist journey and to give you a bit of my vacation vibes while you go about your day.
